You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ShenZhen Spiders Technology Co.,Ltd and its directors, employees and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your infringement of the rights of others, or your misconduct in connection with the use of the Site.

The formation, validity, interpretation and performance of these Terms, and any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site, shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site. If you are acting as a consumer, you may still bring proceedings in the courts of your habitual residence, and these Terms do not limit any rights you may have under mandatory local consumer protection laws.
