Information We Collect

We only collect the personal data necessary to provide our services, and always process it lawfully, fairly and transparently. Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of information:

  • Contact information: name, email, company name and message submitted via the contact form or email.
  • Account information: name and email submitted when registering at the Download Center to access gated resources.
  • Chat transcripts: the conversation content you actively send while using the live-chat widget.
  • Usage data: visit statistics, device type, browser and referral source collected via cookies and server logs.
  • Customer operational data: for RFID deployment customers, the asset, inventory and device identifier data processed to deliver and maintain the service.

How We Use Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your language preference, keep your session state and analyze site traffic.   • Cloud infrastructure and hosting providers, used to run the platform and store data.
  • Odoo ERP, used to synchronize RFID business data for our customers.
  • Privacy-friendly analytics tools, used to measure website traffic in aggregate.
  • Competent authorities, where required by law or to protect our legitimate legal interests.

Data Security

We protect your data to the highest standards using a defense-in-depth strategy, with controls at every layer from network transit to storage and access:

  • TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 at rest, with keys managed by HSM hardware security modules.
  • Role-based least-privilege access control with multi-factor authentication.

  • Multi-region disaster recovery architecture with 7×24 monitoring, guaranteeing 99.9% service availability.
